Wild Cherry Harvest Festival
The Wild Cherry Harvest Festival is one of our most beloved seasonal celebrations. Held in autumn, it brings together the whole school community to mark the turning of the season.
Families gather in the school grounds for a community picnic, sharing food and conversation under the mature trees. Students perform songs and verses they have been practising, and the school is decorated with the colours and produce of autumn.
Seasonal festivals are an important part of Steiner education, connecting children with the rhythms of the natural world and strengthening the bonds of community.
